Art pieces I love
During my European wanderings I found some interesting statues, like the one below.
This is Hämmelsmarsch - Fountain of the March of the Sheep by Wil Lofy, located on the Grand Rue of Luxembourg City, Luxembourg.
Bronze sculpture showing a music band - an accordion player, a man with horn, a man with drum and a man with a tuba - with sheep. The sculpture also includes two children under an umbrella. The accordion player is a self portrait of the sculptor Wil Lofy.
Old Luxembourgian tradition - the local music club runs through the community to invite to a fair. They play the "Hämmelsmarsch" by Michel Lentz. Previously they took sheep with them.
