Ostend, Belgium in different techniques

   Whenever I visited Ostend, Belgium I was fascinated by a cluster of sculptures under the name of Rock Strangers done by Arne Quinze. Its bright vermillion is highly contrasting with the cobalt-cerulean sky, light-turquoise sea, and the grey-neutral environment.
